Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Be a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead the full cycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and recruiting to onboarding. Implement talent management initiatives to nurture and develop our high-potential employees.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support career development initiatives to empower our team members to reach their full potential.
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations. Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. Work with vendors to ensure competitive and attractive benefits packages.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.

Job Experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
