Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across various channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards across all marketing and communication platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and strategic adjustments.
  • Utilize customer feedback and market research data to refine marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience, ensuring alignment with market demands.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns, to drive online engagement and conversion.
  • Proficiency in market research and analytics tools to derive insights and drive decisions
  • Strong Product development skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Job Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing preferably with the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, go to market strategies, and customer engagement
