Roles and Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities and customer trends in the travel tech sector.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and drive growth and revenue within the travel and technology industry.
  • Establish strategic alliances and partnerships with relevant authorities and businesses in the travel and tech sector to enhance offerings.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote travel technology solutions and services to a global audience.
  • Oversee the sales team, set targets, and provide support to achieve sales goals for tech solutions and services.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for users throughout their journey, from planning to usage of tech services.
  • Generate regular reports on technology trends, customer demographics, and revenue to monitor progress and identify growth opportunities in the travel tech industry.

Job Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or any related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).
