Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscapes, and use the data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across the selected region
  • Create engaging and relevant marketing content, including written, visual, and multimedia materials, to reach target audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by responding to media inquiries.
  • Strong understanding of the local and international tourism industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to build relationships with local and international tourism authorities, travel agencies, and hospitality businesses.
  • Familiarity with local and international tourism destinations and attractions is a plus.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving marketing technologies and trends.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).

Preferred Skills

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective growth strategies.
