Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional business strategies that align with the organization's broader business objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of business professionals and managers within the region
  • Set, monitor, and achieve financial targets and operational performance goals for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends within the region
  • Ensure efficient and effective business operations by optimizing processes and managing resources to meet performance objectives
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the organization's presence and services within the region
  • Ensure that the region operates in compliance with relevant regulations and mitigates risks effectively.
  • Prepare reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to keep the organization informed of regional business activities
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to regional business growth

Job Experience

  • Several years of experience in business management or leadership roles, preferably within the specific industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial and business analysis
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Travel may be required, depending on the region and organization

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage)
