Develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with the organization’s overall sales and revenue goals.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketers within the specified region while building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends within the region and generate leads through various channels
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to keep the organization informed of regional sales activities
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Job Experience
At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).
