Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans that align with the organization’s overall sales and revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketers within the specified region while building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends within the region and generate leads through various channels
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to keep the organization informed of regional sales activities
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Job Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the travel or tourism industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Travel may be required, depending on the region and organization.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field (a Master's Degree will be an additional advantage).
