Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and expand our presence in key markets.

  • Lead product demos and present complex tech solutions in a way that resonates with executive-level clients.

  • Mentor and inspire the sales team, sharing best practices, closing strategies, and ways to exceed targets.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure that sales strategies align with overall company objectives and client needs.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, adjusting sales tactics, and ensuring our solutions remain competitive.

Job Experience

  • 5+ years of proven success in tech sales, particularly in SaaS, or enterprise technology.

  • Experience in team leadership, having successfully developed and driven a high-performance sales culture.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree or relevant certification in sales or business is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to work closely with technical teams, especially engineering, to ensure seamless solution delivery and address client needs effectively.

  • Analytical mindset, using data and metrics to assess sales performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple large deals and ensure consistent follow-through.

  • Experience in team leadership, having successfully developed and driven a high-performance sales culture.
